The ambiance, luxury, and service blew away my previous visits to kenmare. The rooms had fine views of the waterfall.
some breakfast items were cold.

Incredibly comfortable and relaxing room with lovely bed and safe for safety measures. Location very close to the refurbished Sheen Falls as well as most continental restaurants. Well presented food, excellent view, top-notch service.
Internet was terrible.

Comfortable room.
Tea/coffee making facilities for the room were available on request but when requested there were not any to be had - only 10 trays to whole hotel and they were all out. Not to be expected of a 5 star hotel. Had to go out and buy a kettle.

The views from the room overlooking the waterfall add a amazing backdrop to the stay. The spacious Beautiful Double Room features a large bathroom, comfortable bed, and a cozy atmosphere that makes relaxation effortless.
Issues with food temperature are frustrating. Meals often arrive warm at best, with cold soup being a notable letdown during dining. The showers take ages to heat. While the breakfast variety impresses, the hot options consistently miss the mark, not aligning with the expectations for a luxury hotel.

The piece and quiet. The elegance of the surroundings. It's scenic views. The friendliness of reception staff and in the spa centre. Being able to use the sauna and steam room as part of the package.
Eating on a table for two in the lounge, just squashed inside the door, right next to the staff serving station.

Beautiful setting on bend in the river with waterfalls, accommodation was excellent and staff friendly and efficient
Information on history of the Lodge would have been welcome. Room instructions how to use the tv are required.

Magnificent location, lovely room, super staff, great smoked salmon that they smoke on site, discreet hotel, warm, professional, attentive staff and good food. It was just a pleasure from check-in to check-out. A special place!

Staff were friendly and hotel was in a very scenic location
This hotel is definately not a 5 star hotel more like 3 star although it charges 5 star prices. The outside is quite shabby looking and it could do with a lick of paint and the garden could do with some weeeding. We had a suite which was quite a big room however the tv was too small and it only had a few channels not even any movie channels. The bathroom robes had seen better days, instead of being soft and flufffy they were hard and coarse. I would avoid the restaurant at all costs, the food was pretty horrendous. Breakfast wasnt much better than dinner. Overall not a good experience. I am embarrassed being Irish to think they are advertising this hotel as a 5 star experience to tourists.

Sheen Falls Lodge provides an exquisite experience for business travelers. The atmosphere is both professional and inviting, with a quiet workspace with beautiful views of the falls. The staff is attentive, efficiently assisting with any needs, including setting up meeting spaces. My room was a Beautiful Double Room, spacious and well-appointed with a large desk for work. The dining options, particularly breakfast, featured a good selection of freshly baked goods and organic juices.

The Hotel is in one of the most beautiful locations in Ireland.
The only comment that we made is that it dose need painting and some form of upgrade. There were a lot of "cobwebs" on the ceiling of our room.

Magical, magical, magical.
I was completely enchanted by the amazing views of the waterfall and the cozy atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of rushing water from my Beautiful Double Room seemed like a dream! The attention from the staff, cute me like family.

Location was great, but the food and food service less so.
The foreign staff are not well trained. The food was very ordinary. This place does not deserve the Relais Chateau badge.
